Our aim here at The Yorkshire Pet Company is to get your products made up & out to you as quick as possible.
After receiving your order, we ask for 1-10 working days* to produce and dispatch your items.
(*Kindly note we class a proper working day as Monday – Friday. If you place an order at some point on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday then the clock starts on the Monday morning)
Now then…..
Yes – We’re saying to give us up to 10 working days to make & dispatch your order, which may sound a lot, however, this is really a worst case scenario – The vast majority of the time we’ll have stuff made and sent out within 48hrs.
For our UK customers our packages are sent out Royal Mail 2nd Class – you can expect to receive your delivery 2 – 3 working days from the dispatch date.
For our international customers we send your orders out using Royal Mail International Standard delivery.
Europe delivery estimate: 3-5 working days from dispatch
Worldwide delivery estimate: 6-7 working days from dispatch
For our Postage & Packing charges, we only pass on the cost what the delivery company charge us. We don’t profit from postage fees whatsoever.
